How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship within 24 hours, and the transportation time is about 3-5 days. If your delivery address is on an island or remote area, there will be a 2-3 day time difference. (In addition, holidays will also delay delivery time) The transportation time for accessories is 6-15 days.
Why didn't I receive a tracking number?
Sometimes, we may not be able to obtain the logistics tracking number from the transporter in time. Once we obtain the tracking number, we will notify you by email. If you have any questions, please contact us

We currently ship to the North America and Europe. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.
How do I return a product?
For scooters and bicycles, we support free returns and exchanges within fifteen days. If you have purchased accessories, we will not provide returns and refunds unless the product is damaged or lost.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Why did my payment fail?
