How long will it take to receive my order?

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?

How do I return a product?
For scooters and bicycles, we support free returns and exchanges within fifteen days. If you have purchased accessories, we will not provide returns and refunds unless the product is damaged or lost.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Why did my payment fail?
